Building organizational resilience through strategic internal communication and organization–employee relationships

This study explores the impacts of internal strategic communication and relationship management with employees for organizational resilience in effective crisis communication, thereby filling a gap research. Specifically, it provides empirical evidence how can be achieved through building employees. A nationwide survey (N = 830) was conducted among full-time United States. The results revealed important mediating role organization–employee relationships (OER) between its antecedent, demonstrating that OER is strong underlying factor understanding two-way symmetrical indirectly resilience. Thus, this extends scope current theories to emphasize managerial efforts directed at Practical insights developing include managers investing positive employee before occurs.
